Back in 2005 and after working and training in a gym for over twenty years, Corinne decided she needed a new form of exercise. Brand new to Pole Fitness, she stuck with her determination to perfect the moves she had learned and found she was hooked. This inspired her to create what is now known as Pole Finesse, teaching beginners to advanced students if all ages and sizes. Anyone can build up their strength and enjoy the freedom and confidence Pole Fitness gives.
Pole Fitness tones, fat burns and builds up core body strength. With continued Pole Fitness, bingo wings could be lost and bums and tums become toned. You will walk away feeling fitter, having made some new friends and have a whole new sense of confidence.
