I feel that I must write a note to say a big thank you to Corinne for helping me soooo much. Pole dancing has given me my self confidence back and my self asteem a real boost. I started pole dancing about a year ago, as a new excercise hobby. My husband had recently left me so it was a way of getting out and having a laugh. I never realised how much fun it could be...and such hard work too. So many people have weird ideas about Pole, that are really not true. I would advice anyone to give it a try. It's alot harder than you think. Thanks Corinne, I hope you continue with the fantastic classes for a long time to come.

  I am a teacher and over 40 years old – not the usual type of person you’d think would participate in pole fitness lessons! I have been attending weekly lessons at Pole Finesse for nearly 2 ½ years now. Previously, I tried to exercise regularly in a gym but didn’t manage to keep it up. However, Pole Finesse is so much fun that I always look forward to my weekly lessons. It’s great exercise for toning and strengthening the whole body and should appeal to anyone who enjoys a mixture of dance and gymnastics. You get a lot of encouragement and support at Pole Finesse; I was a complete beginner when I started and the tuition given caters for whatever level you’re at. In lessons, we have a good laugh, especially when attempting the more challenging moves. Corinne is always making up new moves so that we continue to make progress and some of them may seem daunting at first but it’s so exciting when you persevere and achieve moves you initially found hard. I love it!

  I joined pole finesse 6 months ago, not knowing what to expect, found amazment,strength, laughter, friendship and fun!!!!!! Now my new love in life, doing three times a week to keep me toned and flexible. It has given me a new confidence and expressive timeout from everyday life xxxxxxxxxx

After my divorced I wanted to do something different. I had a need to do something I wouldn't normally do. I honestly thought I would attend a class, laugh about it and put it down as something I did in a moment of madness. Well, here I am 18 months later, - I still attend my weekly class. I have got fitter, stronger, gained some confidence and laughed a lot. Corinne is a top girl - what more can I possibly say!

  Poledancing is a great form of exercise, I really love it, - its hard but rewarding. Corinne is patient and encouraging and wants the best for you. To watch Corinne on the pole is amazing which encourages you to go further.
